With the preregistration period of REACH behind us, what are your challenges as your company works toward the goal of compliance? The biggest concern from our vantage point is ensuring that you have the right resources (human and financial) needed to comply with REACH.

The focus of the chemical industry is the likely effects of increased prices; the disappearance of the substances; and the readiness of business partners (especially non-EU countries) to cooperate in order to implement REACH requirements.
